We run rain or shine! If there is severe weather that makes it impossible for us to operate our experience, WE will make that call the DAY OF the experience. We may try and reschedule based on availability.  Otherwise, we bring cute umbrellas and we will still have fun!  The Kendra Scott Experience is inside and the Scavenger Hunt is Rain or Shine.

what happens if it rains?

For our Concert Weekend Photoshoot & Tour and our Kendra Scott VIP Shopping Experience, the simple Answer: YES!  And we don't upcharge or try to sell your photos after the tour- this isn't Space Mountain.

All of your photos will be edited and sent to you via an online gallery within 1 week of the experience.

Feel free to share on Instagram and tag us!  We love to repost and share, too. @photowalknashville

Are all the photos included?

If you booked our Concert Weekend Photoshoot & Tour or our Kendra Scott VIP Shopping Experience, your photos will be edited and uploaded to an online gallery within 1 week of your photowalk.

A link will be sent to your email that you provided during the booking process with instructions on how to download.

This email can be forwarded to the other members of your group for them to download as well.

No professional photos will be taken on the Scavenger Hunt as it is self guided.

How do I access my photos?

Reservations made within 14 days cannot be refunded. Cancellations made before 14 days can receive a full refund.  We may be able to reschedule based on availability with a 7 days notice.  

No-Shows will not be refunded and will not have the possibility of rescheduling.  

If you know you cannot make it, please let us know so that our host is not looking/waiting for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

For our Concert Weekend Photoshoot & Tour and our Kendra Scott VIP Shopping Experience, The Short Answer is No.

Because we consider this a tour and are providing information about our city, we require EVERY person in attendance to buy a ticket. 

This includes everyone including children.

For our Scavenger Hunt, others can join your group but only those who paid will receive the Stickers.

Can i bring a friend who doesn't want their photo taken?

Dress in your best concert attire!!  We recommend bringing some accessories (hats, jackets, sunglasses, etc.) to change up your look if you'd like.

We will be walking 1 mile, so you can also bring a change of comfortable shoes.

Please do NOT bring: Your own alcohol, confetti, or any inappropriate themed props.

What should we bring?

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No alcohol is permitted on any of our experiences.  

You may purchase our 'champagne pop' for our Concert Weekend for Private Tours Only.

Are you affiliated with taylor swift?

Highlight Experiences LLC and Photowalk Nashville is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Taylor Swift or any of her respective business entities or their affiliates or subsidiaries, including but not limited to TAS Rights Management, LLC. The name Taylor Swift as well as related names, marks, emblems and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.  Taylor Swift will not be in attendance to any of these events and the products provided are not affiliated with her official merchandise but rather are artwork from an independent business/artist. 

What if it's sold out?

We are anticipating record numbers for this weekend for the amount of guests heading to town for the concerts.  We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot as space will be limited.

What is the best day to do a photoshoot?

We recommend the day you are going to the concert- but make the most of your weekend by planning activities every day to keep the party going.
